Birthing Myths

Giving birth is often overwhelming for a new mom.  There's so much to learn both before and after you deliver your child.  It can be hard to separate fact from fiction.  Everyone has an opinion from your doctor, to your family, to people who don't even know you offering up advice. I know everyone had some words of wisdom for me when I delivered my first child!   It sure can be confusing.  Recently Barb appeared on ABC's Good Morning America Now show and put to rest some of the myths surrounding birthing.  To see what Barb had to say, just go to ABC Good Morning Now and click on Baby Momma Myths.
